Deli & SpecialtiesClick here for a Printable Version!Savory Selections for the week of 3/7/10: ***** We are again going to revamp the interior of the deli at some point this spring so we are trying to find a new home for the Deli Display Case that opens from behind, we have a six foot long Steam Table w/Sneeze Guard, a Refrigerated Soda Fountain with pumps and wells along with a rotating Pizza Warmer for sale. Call Tim or Sue if you know of anyone that is interested! Don't want to cook? Ask what flavors of TV Dinners we have ready to go in your oven or microwave. Many of your favorite lunch entrees can be taken home for dinner instead. Gluten Free: We have gluten free pizza crust always available. We will also do any sandwiches we can for you in lettuce wraps rather than bread or tortillas. We are open to suggestions so if you have some good ones please let us know! SOUP SELECTIONS: This week we are starting off with Cream of Asparagus (I know it's not in season but I'm hungry for it), Tomato-Spinach-Swiss, Chorizo 3-Bean Chili and a few others we are hungry for: $4.25 bowl, $2.50 cup served with crackers or bread. We are cooking off hamhocks so Split Pea is in the near future. SOUPER SPECIAL: Soup & Grilled Cheese $7.95, Soup & Salad $7.25 DESSERTS: Cheesecake with Herkner's Cherry Topping, Asst Cupcakes, Cookies and we are still playing with new ideas so stop by to see what's cooking! THIS WEEK'S SPECIALS: MONDAY: Crabcake Sandwich $8.95 TUESDAY: Tuna Noodle Casserole $7.95 WEDNESDAY: Sweet & Sour Chicken $8.95, served with one Eggroll or have just Homemade Egg Rolls $2.00 each THURSDAY: Oven Fried Chicken w/Potatoes & Veggies $8.50 FRIDAY: Fried Jumbo Shrimp Dinner $9.50, or have it sauteed with a salad instead of fries! Specialty Sandwiches... Cherry Chicken Salad $7.50 We roast our own chicken breasts then add some fresh celery, dried cherries, pecans, mayo and some spices. If you are dieting have it on greens or try the salad combo. Caesar Asparagus Wrap $6.50, w/chicken $7.50 First we take a spinach tortilla and cover it with a Caesar seasoned cream cheese, then we add lightly steamed asparagus, fresh shredded parmesan, tomatoes and greens. Pain in the Neck Grilled Cheese $5.50 Slices of cheddar cheese, some cream cheese w/coarse ground Dijon mustard, fresh tomatoes and sunflower seeds. Thanks to Nick at Crystal River Outfitters we just decided to put our version of his sandwich on the menu. Combo Salad Sampler $7.95 A generous scoop of cherry chicken, shrimp and tuna salad on a bed of greens with veggies and bread. Shrimp & Veggie Salad $8.95 *We are keeping this on as part of our permanent menu selection. We take our wonderful steamed shrimp and mix them with fresh celery, chopped tomato and a blended herb mayo and serve it over romaine lettuce with a side of fresh foccacia bread. Caesar Salad $6.95, w/chicken $7.95 Fresh Romaine lettuce is tossed with lots of shredded Parmesan cheese, homemade croutons, tomatoes and a zesty Caesar Dressing then served with a slice of our freshly made foccacia bread. ************************************* EVERYDAY SELECTIONS: Turkey Havarti Sandwich $7.50 We use roasted turkey breast and a creamy Havarti cheese, then add some fresh tomatoes and greens. Served with our roasted red pepper mayo, unless you catch us before we make it to have your own choice on condiments. White Albacore Tuna $7.50 We take the best white albacore tuna and blend it with fresh lemon, herbs, celery, light onion and real mayo then serve it up on our thick multi grain bread with greens. Veggie Pita Burger $6.25 If your body is craving something healthy and full of fiber try our new veggie burger! We grind a mixture of beans, grains, veggies and herbs then serve it on a grilled pita with cucumber sauce, tomato and greens. You can also have it in a wrap if you would prefer. Grilled Cheese $4.95 Multi grain, sourdough or light rye with your choice of one of the many cheeses we have here at Riverfront. Quesadillas $7.50 Cheddar, light mozzarella, onions, black olives, tomatoes with your choice of seasoned beef or chicken on a flour tortilla. Served with your choice of sour cream or salsa. Greek Quesadillas $7.50 Feta, light mozzarella, artichokes, black olives, onion, tomato and fresh spinach top a spinach tortilla. Served with a side of Greek dressing. Pub Style Fish & Chips $8.50 Lightly battered cod is served in small strips with french fries and a wonderful tartar sauce and a side of fresh lemon. *All menu items from the pizza side are also available at lunch time! Cobb Salad $7.95 We top a blend of iceberg lettuce and greens with blue cheese crumbles, chicken breast, crisp apple cured bacon, hard boiled egg, tomatoes and guacamole. you can have this in a wrap if you are on the go. Greek Salad Platter $7.95 Our wonderful Greek salad is overflowing with black olives, tomatoes, artichokes, pepper rings and black olives, stuffed grape leaves and pickled beets. Chef's Salad $7.50 A mixture of spring mix and iceberg lettuce is topped with grated cheddar, ham, turkey, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, cukes and a hard boiled egg. Your choice of dressings. Antipasta Salad $6.25 Iceberg lettuce is topped with salami, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, pepperocini, black olives, tomatoes and cucumbers. We usually serve this with Italian dressing, but if you would prefer a different kind just let us know. Maurice Salad $6.95 Julienne iceberg lettuce, ham, turkey, Jarlsberg swiss cheese, sweet gherkins are served with our own homemade dressing. *All salads come with a piece of foccacia bread. CATERING: If you have an event coming up and don't feel like cooking just give us a call! We do a wide variety of food items and will be happy to discuss your options. *Please give us at least a couple days notice so we will have time to help you. |
